Summarization

The high pressure mist humidifier is a method of the enthalpy humidity which install the percolator、pump set、controlling box in the plant or motor room, install the mist system(nozzle、conduit) in the top of the plant. This method will let the water supply go through the adding press and during the filtrating by the mainframe of the humidifier.

The atomization is erupted in the high speed by the special muzzle and take the form of the water particle in 5~10um. It can exchange the hot and wet with the flowing air, sorbs the quantity of heating in the air, then boil off、evaporation, make the humidity of the air adding, make the disposal of the air by humidity come true. It also can cause the effect of the debasing temperature and controlling the dust at the same time. The pressure spray humidifier can debase temperature、humidify、spurt the liquid independently.

including motor，water pump and the system of the automatic protection。

The controller box

Including the system of the alarm for sound and light. When it lose pressure and break off water，that can start up the system of the alarm automatically and close up the water pump

The controller box can measure the humidity in the space and control the humidity in 20%~90% automatically. When the humidity attain the demand it can automatically stop humidify immediately. It also can use the method of the time controlling.

Nozzle

High pressure water get through the nozzle and get the form into 5~10 micron，no water dropping.

Colander

Make up with three filter stick of 20 inch, water supply get through the colander can filtrate impurity of 50 micron，30 micron，5 micron in file，utterly pledge the water quality，take strict precautions against of the jam for the nozzle a fortiori。

The part of the conduit

Dispart head conduit and ramification conduit，in order to pledge the high pressure equilibrium of the system distance.
