AHUS ducted type of evaporative humidifier

It is a sort of form for humidification that combinatorial air condition set or new air chassis can not fit the humidifier. That can be fitted any place in the pipeline to air supply; satisfy the humidity request for the whole interspaces or local interspaces.

1、the frame of the air cooled ducted type of wet membrane humidifier manufacture by the special shaped structural steel which adopt special rolling. (plastic-steel or galvanization iron plate)

- A、the air cooled ducted wet membrane humidifier has two kinds of form: frame-type structure and welding-type structure. When the long side size for the section of the air ducted more than 1200mm, suggest you use the frame-type structure.
- B、That will bring water-containing plate and outfall of the air cooled ducted wet membrane humidifier, it insured that the excrescent water of the humidifier can discharge straightway.
Use condition
1) application environment: temperature 0~40℃, relative humidity less than 90%RH.
2) power supply: 220V/50Hz. ( Straight drainage type need not power supply)
3) water spring: water supply or the same type of water.
4) the pressure of water: more than 0.05MPa
5) the drainage pipe diameter of the air cooled ducted wet membrane humidifier
- 5.1) when the air volume less than 8000m3/h, selection DN25.
- 5.2)when the air volume lies between 8000~20000m3/h, selection DN32
- 5.3) when the air volume more than 2000m3/h, selection DN42
